Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Kira Sophia LLC, including programs and initiatives such as Next Step Intensive, Odori Educators, and the Global Arts Access Project.

Because many of our offerings involve event planning, limited enrollment, digital products, and preparation costs, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.

Event Registrations & Intensives

Registration fees, deposits, and tuition payments for workshops, intensives, classes, coaching sessions, and events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If you are unable to attend an event or program:

• transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis

• credits toward future programs may be offered at our discretion

• missed classes or sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled or refunded

Kira Sophia LLC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or modify events, faculty, schedules, or locations when necessary. In the event that a program is canceled by Kira Sophia LLC, participants may be offered:

• a refund

• event credit

• transfer to another program

Digital Products & Educational Materials

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable materials, educational resources, templates, eBooks, courses, and other digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

Merchandise & Physical Products

If physical merchandise is sold through this website, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and in original condition

• the item must be returned in its original packaging when applicable

• proof of purchase may be required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Personalized, custom, limited-run, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can review and resolve the issue.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the matter fairly and efficiently.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in removal from programs, denial of future registrations, or additional action when necessary.
